• Web issue: viewprofile.ss

From Draco@VERT/LOKISDEN to All on Tue Jul 30 18:50:00 2013
When I go into the web frontend and view/edit a profile, it shows seemingly random characters. I did a test and it's only showing up in the Linux version of 3.16a (latest), not Windows.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Little diamonds with question marks. I got those also.

Same setup, Linux 3.16a, termcap set, etc.

The files made by the NightShade theme are fine and are left blank if nothing was entered. I added some simple if/then statements to the editprofile.ssjs to tell if the variables were empty coming out of the server and they aren't. That's about the end of how far I can get with even remotely fixing this
    issue.

I would use the ecwebv3, but there are some things that bug me about the forum styles. Mainly, it makes for a really really long page to have to scroll through. Oh, that and I like the way I can check mark each email and hit a delete button. I'd make the modifications myself, but I don't really know javascript.

I'm having the exact same issue. CentOS 6.4 running the latest and greatest.
It sounds like a bug in whatever the web server uses to run the sjss...
