    With the recent picks of Russell and Heyward-Bay, I'm sure some folks are "glad" to know change is likely coming. Strange to think of the Raiders without Al Davis, though.

    very true. but it sure looks like his son will be taking over. this is a win-win as his son will not try to run the Raiders like Al did.
