I have nade every attempt to try and get telval version 16 but the program does not want to send out the validation email message to the user. I am using linux, and that should not make any difference and I hope that he using sbbs smtp mail server to send the mail out. I can not figure out how to fix the problem, and I would like to get telval to work if I can.

    Thank you

    Phil,

You still haven't connected to the ftp server to pick up or drop off
packets. Are you still working on that? I am getting on the road for six weeks starting tomorrow, and I won't be able to provide much (any) support while I'm gone.

I've tried your account remotely myself, and everything is working
properly. I'm guessing you just need to get IRex or whatever configured correctly to pick up/drop off packets from your sbbs/fido/in and sbbs/fido/out.

If you don't think it's going to happen, let me know so I can deactivate
    your feed again.

I never been able to get it to work. any way theres another one, thats a
email verifier that does need some editing and that does work with a little editing. I have it, and Yes it does work, if you want it, I can upload it to your bbs, The only problem I have with it is adding or changing user flags or what ever. I can't seem to get help for that.

Telval uses smbutil. So make sure smbutil is in your SCFG->External Programs->Native Program List.
