I noticed when I used the upgrade, a bunch of old strings came up as <null>. I guess the new file is incomplete. What I did... I went down the list in the string editor, and renamed all the <NULL> to <NULL###> Where ### was the number of the string.
This helped me find the actual one that was appearing, and change the text that showed up for it.
the new string.dat file goes into the /ctrl folder
not *ALL* the files go into the /exec folder, read the txt files that
come with the update.. :)
