RE: BAJA Scripting

No, not really because I have no other programming experience so alot of the DOCS where Rob refers to 'just like the c-programming language' for BAJA cod don't really ring-a-bell for me!
I have the same problem Ksandre. Of course I used to program in Color Basic on my CoCo, but that has been a few years.
The biggest asset I have found for doing a Baja project, especially from scratch is all the code available. I went thur the Sync CD and grabbed all the .src files I could find. The I started a module. Writing the beggining is generally easy. Getting into disk access and file creation/deletion was where things started to get a bit tricky. The docs are probably great of a c programmer, but not so hot for us rookies. So while writing a mod, when I come to something I do not know how to do, or do not understand the docs on, I look thru the code for mods simular to my project. Everyone has helped my write my mods, including Chuckles. He does not have a very good imagination I am afraid, but he did write a fair amount of simple to simi-hard Baja code. Smeg has some really deep stuff. Even UCD has been a help.
Hope this helps my dear....
