Shoutcast is still a thing? I figured that it died when Winamp did. Winamp was one of my favorite MP3 players. :(

That's awesome. Didn't they pull their services several years ago? I could have sworn that I tried to use it, and it was no longer supported or something of that nature.

i'm still running it. the 2010 version.
i also still have my custom skins i made and downloaded.

WinAMP did go away for a while, someone released a bogus version, and
they came back with a new business model and mobile apps.

i had the winamp mobile app in like 2011+. now i see they have some weird version and everyone hates it. it says the author is winamp sa.

the winamp app i had for android looked like the winamp windows program.

Same here, I use old version on desktop and new on IOS. It just broke Apple Car integration recently which is annoying!
