I voted keyboard, but I actually play the piano. There's a difference :)
At home I have a Yamaha digital piano with fully weighted keys. I'd love to get a real grand one day but don't have the space for one (although the digital one is great because I can put on my headphones and bash out some songs at 1am without waking the neighbours :P).

I have played in bands off and on since the late 70's and am
currently
playing in a band that consists of my wife (bass guitar) and my son (drums/hand percussions). I play guitar and harmonica as well as do
most of the lead vocals.

Mostly guitar - usually acoustic, but some lead/electric from time
to time. Secondary is bass guitar...
electric from her guitar phase a few years back. I'm tempted to pick it
up and see how I do.
I've played mostly guitar up until Covid and then started playing bass. Now I have like 15 of them :Re: If you play, what is your instrument of choice?

I've always wanted to play bass, but my daughter has a Gibson Epiphone
electric from her guitar phase a few years back. I'm tempted to pick

I dabbled in college, but I'd originally learned left-handed. Turned
out I was ambidextrous enough to play someone else's right hand-strung
guitar without it feeling too weird.

Now I have like 15 of them :
Do you have GAS? Guitar Aquisition Syndrome? :-)
hahah good thing I don't have GAS... I only have 13 of them.
(Unlucky number... I need to get one more.)

I suffer from DAS (Drum Acquisition Symdrome), with a bit of CAS (cymbals) and PAS (percussion) thrown in for good measure. *way* more than 13 drums, I'm ashamed to admit. And yeah, a few guitars, keyboards, amps, mics, etc. too. The ones I've gottenrid of (e.g. am Ampeg SVT), I regret doing so.

Or maybe sell one to me, and you'd have one less.. ;)
My wife would like that! And the truth is, since I no longer play in a band anymore, I really should start selling a few of them off. But they are mostly ($$$) American Fenders, a PRS, a G&L ASAT and a few cheap acoustics.
Recently I heard about a guitar/instrument store in my area closing one of its locations, and they're having a sale there (and whatever they don't sell there by June 15th will be moved to their other locations). I went there yesterday to check it out, and I managed not to buy anything.. I felt like there was nothing that was very different from what I already have.

Ahoi together : )
If I play, my favourite instrument is the piano.
With this it's been years trying to play like my favourite pianist Yuki Kajiura from Japan. (Some might know her unique style..)
Very nicely played. I subscribed to your channel and await more.
